Sports
for Nature® is a concept that our company
has created in order to organize competitive sporting
events around the world that benefit environmental
organizations. A portion of the funds obtained
from sponsorships and participant fees in each
event go directly to environmental organizations.
Event expenses are kept at a minimum in order
to maximize the funds that go towards projects
related to conservation, biodiversity, sustainable
development, and everything else that is needed
in order to mitigate global warming and enrich
life on earth.
The
winners get to pick which environmental organizations
obtain the funds. At the conclusion of
each Sports for Nature® event, the winners get
to choose which organizations obtain a portion
of the funds. This means participants get to play
for their favorite charity!
Why
combine sports and the environment? Because
we believe that sports + environment = healthier
people in a healthier world. It’s a great
way to stay healthy and compete in a friendly
atmosphere; while directly helping environmental
organizations around the world do what they do
best – implement great conservation projects.
Our desire
is to create competitive sporting events that
not only help environmental organizations, but
also create a long lasting environmental culture
in each of the locations that host the event,
as well as with all participants, guests and
sponsors.
